Under Johan’s leadership, ESUK has grown into a sector leading service provider where our teams are respected and motivated to deliver excellence and client partnership is the pillar for our expert service approach.
Justin Moore, Chief Commercial & Technology Officer
Having worked within the Excellerate Group for over 20 years, Justin is a blue-sky thinker with a focus on continually developing our Velocity platform and business operations to best support our delivery teams and clients alike. Under his leadership, Velocity has become an award-winning platform that remains transformative within our industry and provides our teams and clients with the dynamic transparency to always ensure service excellence.

Having joined ESUK in late 2025, Paul makes his mark through ensuring our management teams are empowered to run contracts as needed to guarantee service excellence and to ensure all of our people are effectively supported through any personal eventualities.
