The Spark Community Fund
Greenock Wanderers Rugby
“Playing for the club, you see first-hand what it means to the community. Getting the backing through Spark made a real difference to us as a team. It is something I am proud to be part of, both on and off the pitch.”
Through Spark, we supported Greenock Wanderers Rugby Team with kit sponsorship for their recent Italy tour.

Apprenticeship Journey
Our apprenticeship programme is a key part of how we create lasting social value - opening up opportunities for people to gain skills, build confidence, and develop meaningful careers within our business.
We combine structured training with hands-on experience, giving apprentices the support they need to progress. Many start in frontline roles and grow into positions of greater responsibility, strengthening both their capability and our service delivery.
