Menopause Awareness is for everyone. Our team is around 60% female and more than half of them are either in the perimenopause, menopause or post-menopausal stage of their life.
Everyone’s experience will be different, so we work hard to create an inclusive, understanding culture that encourage open and supportive conversations around the impact of the many menopause symptoms. This lets us all be our best true selves at work.
- We provide Menopause Awareness Training to help our team gain a better understanding of menopause, and how they can offer support to their team members.
- Our Employee Assistance Programme offers a 24-hr wellbeing helpline, counselling sessions and other support tools.
