Sarah Newland Appointed Director of People Services

We are proud to announce the promotion of Sarah Newland (Assoc CIPD) to the role of Director of People Services.

Sarah has been a valued member of our team in her previous role as Group Head of People Services, where she played a key role in developing and implementing our people strategy. Her promotion reflects both her achievements to date and our commitment to investing in leadership that champions employee development and organisational culture.

In her new role as Director, Sarah will take on expanded responsibilities, leading the People Services function with a strong focus on employee engagement, leadership development, and aligning our people practices with our strategic goals.

We look forward to the continued impact of Sarah’s leadership as we grow and evolve as a business.
